Handwara :one mahindra tractor coming from shailhall towards soda Handwara driven by one javid ah khan s/o mohd afzal khan r/o lelim tarthpora with one co-driver namely Ali mohd chopan r/o pazipora payeen vilgam rolled down to nallah near sodal shailhall bridge resulting injuries to both persons in which one is critical.both the injured has been taken to DH Handwara for treatment where one injured namely javid ah khan s/o mohd afzal khan r/o taharatpora has been declared broght dead whereas another injured Is being treated at hospital whose condition is also critical….
