JK govt approves 7th pay commission in favour of SSA teachers

J&K govt Wednesday approved to implement 7th Pay commission in favour of SSA teachers who were on path of agitation from some time, sources said. The said teachers will get the effect from April 2018 like all other employees.

This was decided during a meeting which was chaired by the Governor S P Malik.As per the official sources the SSA teachers, will get the salary as per 7th pay commission from the current month.
