170 militants killed this year so far including top HM, LeT commanders: DGP Vaid

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Police chief S P Vaid that said there has been a tremendous success as far as “operation allout” is concern.

“The credit goes to officers and soldiers who were working in the fields. There is very good coordination among police, Army and other security agencies”, he said.

“Most of the top leadership of HM and LeT has been neutralised except a few odd. It is a huge huge success. I think roughly 170 militants have been eliminated this year. This is record of last ten years…except 4 to 5 commanders, rest of commanders have been eliminated”, the DGP said.
