SKIMS employees hail Govt. on appointing Dr Omar Javaid as Director SKIMS.

The Employees Association at Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura on Saturday hailed the government decision of appointing Dr Omar Javaid Shah as the head of the institute, stating that such a decision would in a long way prove helpful in witnessing the quality healthcare in the institute.

In a statement issued to PNN NEWS , the SKIMS Employees Association stated that a meeting of the association was held on Saturday in which hundreds of the institute employees took part and congratulated Dr Omar Javaid Shah for being given the responsibility of Director SKIMS.

Addressing the employees during the meet, association president G.M. Pandith termed Dr Omar Javaid as one of the leading medicos of the state who possesses the unique quality of an able administrator. Pandith stated that under the command of Dr Omar Javaid, the premier health institute of Kashmir will witness end of nepotism and corruption and new scales of quality health care shall be witnessed through his earnest efforts.
