Budgam Encounter Update: Teenager hit bullet and Critically Injured during clashes near encounter site || A teenager was critically injured after Govt Forces allegedly fired upon stone throwers in Pakharpora are area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district. The Injured teenager has been identified as Sinar Bashir Mir (15), R/o Pakharpora. The incident occurred near petrol pump Pakharpora. Meanwhile the gunfight is underway while Forces have sealed all the entry and exit routes.
