10 youths arrested during night raids in Sopore Village

Sopore : Police arrested ten youths during night raids in Tujjer village of Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district for their allegedly involvement in stone-throwing protests. Locals said that police raided the village during the night and arrested at least ten youth.

The family members of arrested youth said that they are innocent and have nothing to do with stone-pelting. Meanwhile SSP Sopore Javid Iqbal told that we have arrested many youths in the village during nocturnal raids, he said the youths were involved in stone pelting protests and we have identified them on video.

Pertinently massive clashes erupted in Tujjer village of Sopore during Cordon and search operation on Thursday.
